the top stand has four large evacuation channels, with a seating design standard of 11,000. it has an artificial anti-corrosion wooden chair body and is equipped with two large electronic display screens and four high-pole floodlights. the entire stand is covered with plastic surfaces. the rostrum canopy is a steel structure, and the lower floor of the stand has a construction area of ​​13,748 square meters. it is equipped with a reception room, conference room, athlete training hall, lounge, locker room, table tennis room, equipment storage room, star-rated public toilets, etc.

the sports field has a total area of ​​25,000 square meters, including a standard football field (artificial turf), a standard plastic track and field track (400 meters) and an event service area.
